Jonathan Sharpe
Owner & President
Jonathan Sharpe is the founder, owner, and president of The Willow Property Group, where he leads commercial construction, renovation, capital improvement, and project-management work throughout the Charlotte region.
With more than two decades in construction, Jonathan brings experience from every level of the work. His career began in hands-on field roles and progressed through lead electrical work, site supervision, and commercial project management. Before founding Willow, he spent more than seven years managing commercial projects after serving four years as a construction superintendent.
Jonathan has directed projects ranging from senior-living communities to restaurant and office upfits. His working knowledge of carpentry, concrete, electrical systems, and field coordination helps him anticipate challenges early, communicate clearly with owners and trades, and keep projects moving toward a clean finish.
He founded Willow around a straightforward commitment: stay personally engaged, take ownership of the details, and give every client an experienced point of contact they can reach.
